Our passionate team are here to give you as much or as little support as you need, any day or every day. Home Kind Care is a registered SIL Provider. We pride ourselves on never leaving a participant without their care ratio required and providing exceptional trained staff and following all aspects of NDIS SIL/SDA compliance. We complete Emergency and Disaster training as well as complex care training on participant specific care plans with all staff. Care plans are reviewed regularly, a nurse provides regular health checks and the same nurse will accompany participants to all medical appointments which helps provide the very best continuity of care. |
